Your Rights & Obligations

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player" or "User") and srd9 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") with respect to your access to and use of the srd9 website located at srd9.vip, including all sub-pages, features, services, games, and payment functions made available therein. These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior agreements, communications, or representations between you and srd9.

By accessing the srd9 platform, clicking "I Agree", completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the srd9 service, you unambiguously confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of the srd9 platform.

srd9 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any provision of these Terms at any time and without prior notice. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Your continued use of the srd9 platform following any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

srd9 provides access to online sports betting, live casino games, slots, and related entertainment services. The platform operates on a best-efforts basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may temporarily limit access to certain features. srd9 will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of planned maintenance periods via the platform's notification system.

Access to and use of the srd9 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. srd9 enforces a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Persons under the age of 18 are absolutely prohibited from registering, depositing funds, or placing any wager on srd9.
• You are acting as a private individual and not on behalf of any commercial entity, syndicate, or other organisation for professional wagering purposes, unless expressly permitted in writing by srd9.
• You are of sound mind and are not acting under the influence of any substance that impairs your judgment when making decisions about real-money wagers.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, director, officer, or close family member of any employee of srd9 or any of its affiliated game providers, unless expressly authorised by srd9 management.
• Your use of the srd9 platform does not violate any law, regulation, or rule applicable to you in your personal jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful where you reside before using srd9.

srd9 uses automated and manual systems to identify accounts that may belong to minors. Players are encouraged to use parental control software if there is any risk that a minor could access their device. srd9 accepts no liability for losses incurred by an underage user who has misrepresented their age during registration.

To access real-money betting and gaming features on srd9, you must complete the registration process and create a verified player account. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on srd9. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identity document), date of birth, valid email address, and a mobile phone number currently registered to you in Bangladesh. You must notify srd9 of any changes to your registered information promptly by contacting [email protected].

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. srd9 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity that occurs on your account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact srd9 support immediately and change your password.

• Do not share your login credentials with any other person.
• Do not use an automated program, bot, script, or macro to log in to or interact with the srd9 platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS where available to add an additional layer of account security.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform or service.

srd9 reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time. KYC may require submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of ownership of your nominated payment method. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the period specified in the verification request may have withdrawal functionality suspended until the process is completed.

All financial transactions on srd9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). srd9 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and selected Bangladeshi bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. The current list of supported methods is displayed in the cashier section of your srd9 account.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no set maximum deposit for standard accounts; however, srd9 may apply deposit limits at its discretion for risk management, compliance, or responsible gaming purposes. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your srd9 account within approximately 30 seconds of confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 4 hours for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within 1 to 3 business days for bank transfers. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or if additional identity verification is required. All withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, subject to technical availability.

srd9 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own fees independent of srd9. srd9 is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors. In the event of a chargeback, payment reversal, or fraudulent transaction, srd9 reserves the right to deduct the relevant amount from your account balance and to suspend the account pending investigation.

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds.
• srd9 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000.
• Funds in a srd9 account do not accrue interest.

srd9 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time of claim, which form part of these Terms by reference.

Unless specifically stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all srd9 bonus offers:

• Each bonus offer is available to eligible players once only, unless the promotion terms explicitly state that it is a recurring offer.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet the stated wagering requirement (rollover) before they can be transferred to your withdrawable cash balance.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• srd9 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be claimed by players who are subject to a self-exclusion or cooling-off period.
• srd9 may withhold bonus winnings if it determines that a player has used irregular betting patterns, exploited a technical error, or otherwise attempted to abuse the bonus system.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time per account, unless the promotion terms explicitly allow stacking.

srd9 uses automated monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including multi-accounting, the use of low-risk hedging strategies to fulfil wagering requirements, and coordinated wagering across multiple accounts. Any player found to be abusing the bonus system will have their bonus cancelled, any winnings derived from the bonus voided, and may have their account permanently closed.

As a registered user of srd9, you agree at all times to comply with these Terms and to use the platform in good faith for its intended purpose — personal, recreational online betting and gaming. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the srd9 platform:

• Multi-accounting: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one srd9 account, whether directly or through a proxy.
• Identity fraud: Registering with false personal information, impersonating another person, or using a stolen identity or payment method.
• Collusion: Working in cooperation with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market, or to gain an unfair advantage.
• Cheating and exploitation: Using any software, script, bot, AI tool, exploit, bug, or technical vulnerability to gain an advantage not available to the general player base.
• Money laundering: Using srd9 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to layer or integrate proceeds of crime. srd9 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Harassment: Abusing, threatening, or harassing srd9 staff, support agents, or other users through any communication channel.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile wallet provider for funds that were legitimately deposited and used on srd9.
• Reverse engineering: Attempting to decompile, reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise obtain the source code or proprietary logic of the srd9 platform.

srd9 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of engaging in prohibited conduct. During an investigation, the relevant account may be temporarily restricted from depositing, withdrawing, or placing wagers. srd9 will make reasonable efforts to resolve investigations promptly and communicate outcomes to affected players via their registered email address.

Each game and betting market available on srd9 is governed by its own specific rules, which are published within the relevant game interface or sports betting market panel. These game-specific rules form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between a game-specific rule and a general provision of these Terms, the game-specific rule will take precedence with respect to that game or market only.

For sportsbook markets, the following general principles apply:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. srd9 is not responsible for displaying incorrect odds arising from data feed errors; any bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds (palpable errors) may be voided at srd9's discretion.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts per market are displayed in the bet slip. srd9 reserves the right to apply individual bet limits to specific accounts.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the real-time state of the match at the time of confirmation. Network latency may result in a slight delay between the displayed live odds and the actual match state. srd9 is not responsible for bets placed based on stale or delayed data.
• If a sports event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned before the minimum required play time specified in the relevant sport's rules, all pre-match bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned, unless an alternative settlement rule is stated in the market's terms.
• For cricket markets, BPL and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures follow Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method adjustments where applicable. ICC-governed matches follow the official ICC playing conditions.

For casino and slot games, all outcomes are determined by the certified random number generator of the relevant game provider. srd9 has no ability to influence game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are set by the game provider and are available in the game information panel within each title. Malfunctions — whether caused by software errors, network issues, or hardware failures — void all pays and plays for the affected round; stakes for any affected round will be returned to the player's account balance.

srd9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the specified time period.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Multi-accounting or other forms of bonus abuse.
• Chargebacks initiated against srd9 by the player's payment provider.
• Account inactivity: accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts are subject to a monthly administrative fee of ৳100 (or the remaining balance, whichever is lower), applied after a 30-day notice period.
• At the request of the account holder via a self-exclusion or voluntary closure request.

If srd9 closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited, particularly where the balance is directly linked to the conduct that led to the closure. In all other cases of account closure (including voluntary closure by the player), any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days.

Players may voluntarily close their srd9 account at any time by contacting [email protected] with a written closure request from their registered email address. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Players who close their account voluntarily may re-register after a minimum cooling-off period of 30 days, provided they were not subject to any active self-exclusion at the time of closure.
